This is a final reminder that the hotel booking deadline for the WEI Spring Meeting 2025 is tomorrow, 4 February 2025. If you have not yet secured your accommodation, we strongly encourage you to do so now to take advantage of the special conference rates.
At the same time, we would also like to remind you to register for the WEI Spring Meeting if you have not already done so.

- The Executive Committee Meeting (by invitation only) begins at 10:00 on Wednesday, 5 March.
- The WEI Spring Meeting begins at 14:00 on Wednesday, 5 March (preceded by a buffet lunch at 12:00) and ends on Thursday, 6 March at around 12:00.
