Last week, the WEI-IEO Spring Meeting took place in Brussels, bringing together key industry representatives to discuss the future of our association and the European wood protection sector. For those who could not attend, here are the main highlights:
WEI-IEO is now the European Wood Protection Association (EWPA)
A major milestone was reached with the decision to rename WEI-IEO to the European Wood Protection Association (EWPA). This rebranding reflects our mission more clearly and strengthens our position as the leading voice for wood protection in Europe. Get Involved: Working Groups & Advocacy
We encourage all members to take an active role in our working groups and advocacy efforts. Your expertise and participation are crucial in shaping the future of the industry. We are currently focusing on key areas such as wood waste management, circularity, and construction products regulation, among others.
